Shipping Information

We usually ship most items within 24 - 48 hours. Most items will ship via ground service from our warehouse and some manufacturers and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days within the United States. Large equipment and customized orders are shipped direct from manufacturers and may take a maximum of 8 to 10 weeks. A street address is required. Include a daytime phone number along with any delivery details when ordering. All delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All packing material must be saved.

International Shipping

Contact a customer service representative for complete information on international shipping. All export pricing and shipping rates are quoted in US dollars and do not included applicable duty, customs charges, or taxes, which are paid by the customer. Shipping charges are determined by the actual weight, size and destination of
parcel.

With any returned checks a $25.00 charge will apply. Any past due amounts are subject to a 2% charge. Prices are subject to change without notice.
