If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable) within 30 days of purchase on most items. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Spa By Design. No goods will be accepted without a return authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will be refused.

You must save all original boxes and packing and goods must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition. A 25% restocking fee may apply to any returned items. You are responsible for shipping all returned items. No returns accepted on customized equipment or special orders.
