We collect email addresses that are supplied to us through our optional email sign up program, Members Program and Catalog request forms. We also collect email addressees through on line and telephone orders.

Postal Addresses
We collect postal addresses that are supplied to us through our optional catalog request form. We also collect postal addresses from online and telephone orders.

If you have supplied us with your postal address, we may contact you with specials on products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such offers, please contact us by sending a message via e-mail to info@spabydesign.com, or by calling us.

Telephone Numbers
We do not retain telephone numbers for purposes other than contacting individuals on a question or information regarding their order. We do not trade, rent or sell numbers to any other parties.

Aggregated Site Statistics
We collect, in aggregated form only, the domain names of visitors to our site. These are only statistics about our sales, traffic patterns, and related site information. These statistics include no personally identifying information, and is used for marketing, sales reporting or to improve the design of the website.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. We use outside shipping companies to ship orders and a credit card company to bill users for goods and services. These are all within a secure site. All information is encrypted and these companies used do not share, retain or use this information for any secondary service.

Site and Service Update

During the course of Business we may need to send our users Site and Service announcement updates. We may need to communicate with the users providing requested products, information, and in regard to issues involving their accounts via email or telephone.

Updating / Receiving Personal Information

Should a user need to make changes to remove or update their registered information that can easily be done in the registration section or by simply e-mailing us at info@spabydesign.com.
